"Prior to choosing Adelaide Designer Homes to be my builder, I must admit I was a little nervous. It was a new building company, and I therefore couldn't see its finished work. My nerves were calmed somewhat by the fact that the directors have had many years of experience in the building industry, and since commencing Adelaide Designer Homes, were now able to provide their clients with a more personalised building service.

I finally decided to take the plunge after talking with the Sales Consultant and being suitably impressed by him. I was also impressed when Adelaide Designer Homes was prepared, after viewing my roughly drawn plans, to provide me with a computerised floor plan (and made several changes) without asking for any money from me upfront!

What can I say... the whole building process and experience has been painless and infact a pleasure... from first contact until the time of handover of my two investment properties at Dover Gardens. Further, the construction manager always made himself available to answer any questions I threw at him, and was always able to update me on the building progress without notice.
