Would we build again with you? - Most Definitely YES.

"When we first went to the display home at Gawler, we really liked the house but said to the consultant we would not be able to afford a home of this standard. His comment was you would be surprised so we gave him our plan and he drew it up for us with an estimate, yes, we were surprised. There were a few months where we could do nothing, but we signed up in November 2013. The consultant made suggestions to our plan, advising us what would work and we took his advise.

Each person that we had contact with was helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and could not assist us enough throughout the whole process. The admin girl's patience, professionalism and perseverance showed with a council who were not professional or helpful at all. She persisted with getting it all through despite the council causing problems from the beginning with our application.

The selections lady was brilliant she knows what she is talking about and gave us advice and ideas to make our home a beautiful place. When we finally saw our colours we were really happy, we had forgotten what we had chosen and it all came together extremely well.

The companies that we dealt with were good and made the process quite easy and straightforward. The quality of the materials and the selections weren't that limited and we had upgrades done with no hassle. The other aspect we appreciated very much was the ability to provide some things for the house and they were installed without a problem at all.

The supervisor and building manager were brilliant. Both very good at their jobs, very understanding, professional and helpful. They made the build easy and we thank them so much for being available and sorting things quickly. The supervisor was organised and had things fixed even before we had discussed or had a chance to ask about them. ie the laundry trough.

The only hold up at the end was the shroud for the rangehood - that was not ADH's fault but the company supplying it. It has now been installed and looks good.

We could list all the trades persons that worked on the house. They were happy, friendly and very professional. There were some we never saw but they did a great job and it shows. But one tradie has stood out for us, was the tiler. He is a really nice person, very good at his job and had lots of suggestions especially in the kitchen. He and the supervisor helped with the tiles there and they look lovely. He also suggested moving the shower outlet in the ensuite over slightly and that was done without a hassle.

And of course the painter - he and his team did a beautiful job.

Nothing was too much trouble, we were a family building with Adelaide Designer Homes and we were treated as important. Each person that we talked to and dealt with treated us well, we were not a building number.
